About the Lincoln Orchid Society

The Lincoln Orchid Society (LOS) was founded in 1994 for the appreciation and cultivation of orchids. We are proud to have you as a guest on our web site.
The Lincoln Orchid Society is a non-profit group in Lincoln, Nebraska, interested in promoting the culture and preservation of orchids. Come and join us in the knowledge and fellowship of other orchid enthusiasts by attending our monthly meetings.

How to get to our new location

From the East
From I-80 East, take the Waverly Exit (#409) going West on Cornhusker Hwy 6. Turn South on 84th Street, to Hwy
2, turn East on Hwy 2. You will pass Walmart & Menards; at 91st Street turn left. The NHI Office and Heart Hospital
will be on your right.

From the West or Lincoln Airport
From I-80 West, take the Beatrice Exit (#397) going South on Hwy 77. Merge left onto VanDorn Street. Then turn
right onto Hwy 2. Continue South on Hwy 2; curving towards the East, you will eventually pass Walmart & Menards,
at 91st Street turn left. The NHI Office and Heart Hospital will be on your right.

From the South, Crete or Beatrice
From Hwy 77 take the Lincoln exit. At the stop light, turn East onto Old Cheney Road and go to Hwy 2 and turn
right (southeast). Continue past Walmart & Menards to 91st Street and turn left. The NHI Office and Heart Hospital
will be on your right.
